"Tried to arrange everything in advance for a stay with my mum, who has mobility issues. Staff were very accomodating, however, everything was a little further away than they made it out to be. Which did cause some issues. Fine if you are a wheelchair user, but my mum uses crutches to get around. It was not that easy for her.
Rooms are very basic, for the price and the attraction of "Horwood House". Be careful, the beds are on wheels, which surprised my mum, as she almost fell off. They are also...

"Brilliant stay at the Villiers Hotel. We received a room upgrade and found ourselves staying in a Duplex Suite.
The hotel was spotlessly clean, staff all kind and caring and very well trained.
Hotel room was spotlessly clean, spacious and very well heated during the cold spell we were experiencing.
The hotel was very well maintained and presented quite a quirky and interesting persona. Breakfasts were promptly presented with an excellent range of cooked choices.
Always a free parking space...

"A truly mesmerizing experience. The room was of a standard comparable to the one we enjoyed at the Ritz in London. The castle and its surrounding grounds were beautiful and astonishing. The architecture was impressive in its history, beauty, and timeless elegance. The staff were polite and accommodating throughout. Altogether, it was a deeply enriching experience."

"It was a bit out of the main area had to get taxi everywhere £6 50 advertised on expedia as being 1. 6 miles but its just over 3 miles.
Hotel is right next to a pub which is handy fir food and drinks. Hotel was very ckean abd everthing you would beed in your room which was quite spacious would definitely recommend "
