"After a 450Km drive my experience from the receptionist was not friendly. No meal tonight and wifi in St Nectaire is not working. Decided not to stay and the alternative hotel suggested was shut. "The location is outstanding. In front of a shopping center and a tram stop and two to three blocks away from the historic center with the cathedral. The room was comfy, we slept like a rock. And the breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Take the breakfast option if it’s available. It’s the best breakfast buffet I’ve seen in a while. If we go back to Clermont-Ferrand this is where we’re staying."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cet hôtel, accompagnés de notre chat, et tout a été parfait ! L’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné dès notre arrivée, avec même quelques petites attentions pour notre compagnon à quatre pattes. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée, offrant tout le confort nécessaire après nos journées bien remplies. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme de l’établissement, la qualité de la literie et le restaurant qui proposait des produits locaux et de qualité. Le personnel est toujours souriant et disponible, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe."
