"Our room was upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment so we had a great first impression of the property. We stayed for 1 night but all of our experiences with staff throughout the property were excellent. We purchased a package that included buffet breakfast, parking, late check out & dining credit so we found that great value. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we could need for our stay. "

"Room smelled like cigarettes when we checked in. It was so strong and honestly made you want to throw up. We called the front desk as we could barely breathe in the room. They came up and confirmed how bad it was but sad they didn’t have another room to move us to. There wasn’t even a window in the room to air it out so we had to stay in the room coughing on the smell of cigarette all night. Honestly makes me question how much attention they give to housekeeping if someone “cleaned” that room...

"I had a city view room and it was wonderful. Comfy bed, large towels, good air con (would be nice if we could switch it to quiet mode). Staff were great and the food at Stingray and Yamogen was phenomenal. "

"Clean room Wish the breakfast menu would be different on a daily because the experience would not be the best if you booked multiple days and had to eat the same thing every single morning. Loved the pool, wish the spa pool would be a bit more warm."
