"An absolute horrible experience staying with Pegasus! They gave us an accessible room that literally looked and felt like a prison cell. When asked if we can change rooms, they told us there is nothing else available wheninfact they did have something available (as I found later) but needed is to pay extra $. The next day I asked to beoved and they said they can move is but we have to check out of the original room and wait until the next one is available. We waited for hours before demanding...

"Nice comfortable hotel with later checkout at 11am. Our room was not ready so they kept our bags so we could enjoy our stay. Would have liked them to notify us when room was available as I feel 3pm is pretty late in afternoon to get into your room. Staff were friendly and offered a breakfast deal. One lift was closed and this lead to a bit of a wait up and down. Miss the old rooftop pool."

"I had a city view room and it was wonderful. Comfy bed, large towels, good air con (would be nice if we could switch it to quiet mode). Staff were great and the food at Stingray and Yamogen was phenomenal. "
