Good location close to metro and Sydney just across the bridge. Gym was disappointing as no weights or machines working. Only went once due to this, but did not stay in the hotel for gym. "The check-in experience was unfortunately not great. The front desk staff were quite rude, and I had to repeatedly prove what I had actually paid for. I had booked and paid for accommodation for three people, however, the staff insisted that the booking was only for one person and wanted me to pay an additional fee for the other two. "Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Breakfast option is great. View of the beach is stunning with the enclosed balconies being helpful to keep things private. The pools and facilities are ok - the main pool is situated in a wind tunnel which is fine in summer but can be windy and cold in other times. Pool food options are ok. Overall a great place to go and unwind."
