"Solid hotel in a convenient location"

"It was a good stay on check in they said the room wasn't ready which was fine they said half hr to an hr so headed of for lunch within 5 minutes of leaving they text us room was ready also they took a holding deposit of $435 on check in which is pretty standard & was told it would be automatically credited back on check out we checked out on the Friday I checked the account that afternoon not there I waited till Monday afternoon before ringing to find out more seeing still no refund they said I...

"Had a great stay. Fantastic location. Large 1 bedroom apartment. Very quick check in and was so impressed that i was able to have my room so early. Parking was easy and safe. Very clean room. It was quiet however the construction works across the road were not in progress due to the rain so i am not sure if it is noisy in the room when this construction is underway. Otherwise I would definitely stay again."

"I always choose to stay at this property everytime I visit Surfers Paradise as the location is right amongst everything from dining and night life to convenience stores and shops. Hotel parking on site is convenient and easy to access."

"Hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Stayed in the deluxe king ocean and the view was incredible! The rooms were clean, the staff were nice and the amenities were so well maintained. Highly highly highly recommend if you are coming to the Gold Coast since it is right by the beach and walkable to a lot of places! Will come back for sure!"

"Location was good. Very convenient to walk to Victoria market within 10 mins. Supermarkets and decent food chains were also nearby. However, checking in was bad as my flight arrived in the late evening after the regular office hours. I was left outside with my luggage in the rain even though there were staff at the reception who saw me waving outside the password-guarded glass doors. I was only let in by a guest who was also staying at the hotel."
