"Comfortable bed, great service. Only complaint was our view at The View was of a brick wall but it had a nice marble effect from the renovated cracks and it was a cheap room."

"Room appeared to be clean, but on a closer look there was dried dirt marks in the bathroom, old sunflower seeds under the bed and gritty floors. The desk phone also didnt work. I attempted to call front desk of my own personal phone multiple times but it always disconnected after the automated menu. Lift to the basement carpark wasnt in use most days we were there meaning we had to use the stairs, which was not disability friendly. Room provided the basic function but that was about it."
