"Definitely did not feel like a 5 star hotel as listed… don’t even include still bottled water etc. Front desk staff not very friendly. Room was clean but definitely feel like they skimped on some of the amenities. Room was listed to have record player and didn’t, only received after calling and asking. Rooftop bar was closed for a private event so I didn’t even get to check that out. Vip drink ticket was only given to me after I asked. "

"The hotel is great and stratigically located. I had an incredible view of the opera house and bridge from my room. The staff is very attentive. Awesome service at the spa. The inly negative would be the pool and whirldpool area. They only have a out 10 lounge chairs so its difficult to find a spot. The whole area is very small and unappealing for a hotel like this. Not to mention that there were like 15 childrend running, jumping and screaming around. Felt more like one of those all inclusive...

"Our room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and fantastic view of the Harbour Bridge and Lavender Bay. The room could have done with some USB portals (there were phone chargers attached to the room's telephone but didn't work to charge my android.) The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast with a gorgeous view was a great way to start the day."

"Room was pretty run down. Had Ants crawling across the counter and the shower leaked really bad which flooded the bathroom. Staff charged our account for parking when it was agreed we would pay cash. Bar took 40 minutes to make 2 drinks."

"I loved staying on the 40th floor, spectacular views morning and night. Loved that each room in our 3 bedroom condo had some sort of view of the ocean and that there were 3 bathrooms!! It was nice having plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, clean towels and supplies in the kitchen. (And hair dryers) The Hilton staff was warm and professional. I would clarify the elevator scenario up front. Example condo rentals are included in "Resident" floors. Otherwise it was in the hub of...

"Great breakfast. One of the best in the Sydney CBD area. One of the few hotels that has Casino and an amazing theatre ( Lyric Theatre ). Plenty of dining options from casual kiosks to Fine dining restaurants . It also has its own light rail station which is very handy when going around the city. It also has its own massive multi level parking area. And parking is usually free for the duration of your stay in the hotel."

"What a beautiful stay, the staff went above and beyond, the room was beautiful, the ocean views stunning and the restaurants lovely. The only let down was room service, you never really got what you ordered on the menu. "
