"Definitely did not feel like a 5 star hotel as listed… don’t even include still bottled water etc. Front desk staff not very friendly. Room was clean but definitely feel like they skimped on some of the amenities. Room was listed to have record player and didn’t, only received after calling and asking. Rooftop bar was closed for a private event so I didn’t even get to check that out. Vip drink ticket was only given to me after I asked. "

"The location was very good close to the Harbor and Opera house . A nice walking distance in a good weather. The room was very good . What I didn’t like , when I checked in I thought my booked room overlooks the harbor and opera house , but the receptionist said not exactly and that I need to upgrade against $150 a night which I found it very high . After some bargain I got for $100 a night . Next day I complained to the management saying that I should have upgraded for free cus this is the...

"Was very convenient to Darling harbour and events at ICC theatre , shame no bottles of water in mini bar fridge , and PowerPoints near beds are not very easily accessible and a toilet brush would be good and the bath/shower is a bit unsafe , I nearly slipped and fell !"

"From the moment we arrived, we were so impressed with this beautiful hotel. We were celebrating my daughter's 21st and had booked three rooms. The amazing staff at reception very kindly upgraded our rooms to a harbour view king room. The view was magnificent. Delicious buffet breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel as a special place to stay."

"What a beautiful stay, the staff went above and beyond, the room was beautiful, the ocean views stunning and the restaurants lovely. The only let down was room service, you never really got what you ordered on the menu. "
