"Arrived late, note on reception door to locate keys , easy peasy. Room was spot on, even found an corneto ice cream in the kitchenette freezer. Not good as we had to fight over who ate it! Handy spot with good rooms"

"Parking very easy. Double glazing cut road noise BUT Very noisy inefficient AC , temp fluctuated. Bathroom had mould and smelt bad. The freezer was iced up so unusable. Disappointing"

"Definitely needs a lift… very dated, old fashioned and just unloved. Bathroom small, pokey and really outdated shower head. Basin top, toilet roll holder fixings etc need renewing. "

"Super spacious, quiet and clean modern 2 bedroom unit, fully stocked, beautiful rooms with a private courtyard, comfortable beds and fluffy towels. Private foyer and entrance in a stand-alone building within the motel complex. Loved that there’s actually ample seating space in living and dining room and towel hanging spots for 6 people. The smart TV even comes with sound bar home theatre setup. Aircon/heating in each room and living room. Was expecting a fair amount of road noise as it was right...

"Very nice quiet hotel, spacious rooms and ample parking"

"Our stay was great! We had a room with a view of the golf course, our room was clean and freshly renovated. Had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Staff from reception through to bar staff were all very polite and eager to help when needed. "

"We stayed in the family room with 3 young children. Bedlinen was clean but there are parts of the room which looks like it hasnt been cleaned for a long time, such as big spiderwebs near the blinds, thick layer of dust on a bar behind the toilet. The towels were fresh everyday and they empty out the bin as well. "

"Mattress was in very poor condition with broken springs. Saw Cockroaches in the cabin on two occasions. TV chromecast did not work and very popr customer service. We have stayed at Tasman Parks in the past and would now reconsider. When we were ready to leave we realised that the conditions required us to strip bed linen and place in laundry bags and take out the rubbish. Which we did. At the rates charged this is completely unreasonable."

"We really enjoyed our stay in a superior 2 bedroom cabin, lovely leafy outlook from the cabin, with a view of the creek. Cabin was spacious, clean and well equipped, the only thing it lacked was an oven, though it did have a stove top and microwave, comfy bed, good quality linen and toiletries, comfy sofa and good wifi, easy parking next to the villa. Would definately stay again."

"A very unique hotel, old but very gracious"

"Lovely apartment, but next time a non "Accessible Access" Room would be better, for us. Concrete floors a bit cold and no "soft" lighting in the kitchen/sitting room. TV reception a bit "fluttery"! The late (3pm) check in was the most inconvenient thing for us. Most do 2pm. Location is beautiful, staff really excellent. Audrey's Restaurant a big bonus."
