The cleaning service was extremely poor. The bed sheets were not changed, and there was no hand soap or shampoo provided. There were also not enough towels for the number of guests staying in the room.
The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. There was visible dust, dirt, and hair on both the bedroom and bathroom floors. During our stay, the toilets, bath, and shower were not cleaned at all.
The shower was particularly unsafe—my daughter slipped and fell because it was grimy and slippery.
The air conditioning in the room did not work properly, and I later heard from other guests who were experiencing the same issue.
The room looked nothing like the photos advertised at the time of booking. The pictures showed a sparkling clean room, but the actual condition on arrival was of much lower quality.
Despite multiple complaints to management and having room service check the room, nothing improved.
