"Great stay but hard to find housekeeping."

"Room 506 had a heater/ac unit that was crooked on the wall and was very loud when operating. The cabinet below the mini-fridge was chipped badly and contained rotting wood. I’ve had no issue with rooms before, but this one definitely did not make the grade."

"We didn't get to stay at the property because the AC unit in the room didn't work! We told the front desk and he said we'll I can refund you. No other help. It ruined my spouses birthday night!"

"Worst stay on my 4-star hotel list. It didn’t feel like a 4-star hotel at all. All of the staff were unprofessional and unwelcoming. It started with them messing up my reservation, and they blamed it on a new employee. I understood because mistakes happen, but the experienced employees over the next few days were even worse and had no intention of resolving any issues. In the end, the new employee was actually the most helpful one."
