"We were locked outside at 11:30 pm for close to an hour. I had left the key card in the room. I was told if that happened there was going to be a night security person. He came for work when we were locked out and also couldn't get into the building. He was very nice and really tried every option but I had a child with me and a flight to catch. He was eventually able ro get a guest who could hear the pounding to let us in the lobby. He didn't know how to make us a key and wasn't able to get...

"The room was loud with a train waking me up several times a night. The location was not really walkable and the potholes were bad. The exterior was nice but the room was not great. Parking was free, and breakfast was included."

"Very skimpy on towels. Sitting on the Toilet seat was like a carnival ride. Coffee maker in the room, 2 decaf pods but no cups, sugar, etc. Bfast was mediocre. And everyone was tossed out of the Bfast room at exactly 9 AM. Druggies on the premises. One inside the stairwell."

"The hotel has been recently opened and rebranded. The rooms are cozy and quaint. Adorable fridge in rooms and grest coffee in the rooms. Comfy beds, great gym, nice staff, coffee shop and restaurant on site. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping, airport is a short drive. Cons: Very noisy with a train coming through nightly (more than once) there are ear plugs offered at the bedside. The absolute worst (I think 1 ply) toilet paper in the rooms."

"I was treated rudely at Bruins just coming off the jet. All I wanted was a beer and a light dinner as it was late. The bartender was very short, unwelcoming, and rude! I will call his supervisor to complain now that I am checked out. The service I was recieving was the night of April 22."

"If you are going to Alaska and flying out to other areas, this is the place to stay. Although the place is a little old, it is kept in good shape and the staff is more than helpful and very friendly."

"Friendly staff clean environment excellent breakfast coffee 24/7 with hot water for tea. Bed is comfortable bathroom was clean. It’s our favorite place to stay when we come to Anchorage. Five stars all the way."

"Leaking ceilings on first floor no handicap accessible ramp door only the front door all other doors to the facility had no handicap accessible entrance, and it does not have the help although if you are trying to walk in the entrance they will come running for you if you are handicap. this facility is use for brothel Mercedes with men and woman not comprehend as they are stuffed walking hand held by Mercedes driver the front desk customer service they’re English cannot understand...

"We were swimming in the pool, then a group of 18 local people were let in by a staff member. They were dressed in street clothes, brought towels from home, and since the group was so large we were pushed out of the pool. Very disheartening for paying $500+ for the weekend and unable to utilize the pool because a staff member let their family and friends in. They also do not provide daily housekeeping (clean towels, beds made, etc) during a 3 day stay. There are also a TON of homeless people...

"Room was nice, staff was helpful and polite. Just had hoped for more of a grab and go breakfast. There was no ice machine or soda/snack vending on my floor or the floor above. And the water flow in the shower went from scalding to freezing, back and forth making it impossible for some time to regulate the temperature. "
