"This is an excellent world class resort except for one thing. I am surprised about the number of people who interact with guests are not very good at English. The quick version is one day my partner and I just wanted to go to a store that sold wine , spirits , mix and some snacks. A fellow on the registration desk had us take the V4-1 bus to the Grand terminal and then get on the 17 bus. We were heading to the airport. After almost 3 hours we got back to the resort. "More like a 4 than a 5 star hotel. Staff were professional. They seemed to take safety seriously with lifeguards in the pool and beach. Located on a nice part of the beach. There weren't enough sun loungers, but they probably cant add more due to limited space. Most sun loungers were "reserved" by guests with towels before 8am and sometimes the reservers wont be seen anywhere near the lounger for hours. Breakfast had a good variety and no long queues for most items, but the hygiene standards...

"Tolle Lage und grundsätzlich sehr schön gestaltetes Hotel. Allerdings erkennt man die Jahre des Hotels beim näheren Hinsehen. Hier gibt es Optimierungs/Renovierungsbedarf. Ganz tolles Frühstück mit sehr großer & abwechslungsreicher Küche. Sehr gute Cocktails an der Poolbar."
