"Had extremely bad stay due to a shower issues. Broken shower head, drain issues, shower were flooded throughout our stay and staff won’t offer different room or send apologies. Worst part was even with do not disturb light on, staff will still come in without cleaning, charge towers or empty trash cans.. just a memo saying stay stopped by??.."

"I love the villa and the staff are very nice and friendly. I also like the breakfast as it is very good and of great variety. The only suggestion for improvement is the internal Tuk tuk service going back to our villa. On our first night, we waited almost 1h for the tuk tuk to send us back to our hotel. That guy in charge of arranging tuk tuk kept telling us to wait and next one would be our turn. Ended we really waited and didn’t realise that we should just walk back then, as we would have...

"The resort was rustic, beautiful spot on the water, the room smelt musty when we first arrived but opening it up cleared away the musty smell it was also a good drive to any of the major attractions breakfast was limited I think because we were the only ones staying there (in the low season)"

"Btw, the whole service is good but there was a moment I found the service is quite bad. The inside t was at breakfast place where I asked for a lemon, the servant gave me a very bad smile and not a good feeling. I forgot her name. Actually I need the whole lemon instead of pieces"
