"小じんまりとしたホテルでゆったり過ごせますが気になった点もいくつか。 まず部屋の換気が悪く部屋に入った途端カビ臭い。 寝具は清潔で匂いはないので安心ですが 持って行った服は全部じっとりしてしまいました。 シャワールームの排水が悪く溢れそうになったので排水口の蓋をずらして水を流しましたが翌日のハウスキーピングが入った後もそのままでした。洗面所にゴミ箱がないのも不便でした。 スタッフはとても感じのいい人とそうでない人の差が大きく、チェックアウトを担当したスタッフは後者。精算が済むと「チェックアウトは終わったよ」の一言でレシートや明細、クレジットカード払いの控えなど何もくれません。明細がほしいと言うと、ひどく面倒くさそうにレシートを引きちぎって渡され、ありがとうの一言もなく最後にとても嫌な印象で終わりました。"

"We had a wonderful time at Wyndham Grand. The hotel is Grand in a true sense. Casino is in the hotel, it is right on the beach with a beautiful swimming pool. Good option for vegetarian during morning breakfast. Close to Vinwonders Safari Grand world. A bit for from the airport but hotel provides free shuttle which we didnt know. But we were provided free shuttle for the drop off. Very Friendly staff. A perfect family holiday hotel!!"
