"The way Expedia is describing this hotel is COMPLETELY wrong and misleading. This hotel is very old, the "renovations" they claim to have done are very poor. This hotel has 5 floors and taking the stairs up to my room on the fourth floor you can see serious damage and cracks on the walls and ceilings. The floors are not flat. "Great hotel to stay for Nice Getaway! Location wise is absolutely perfect- walking distance to main train station (to catch a train to Eze, Monte Carlo or Cannes). Stones throw from all the restaurants and sea literally across the road.
