"We had a very comfortable stay before our travel day from YYC. Check in and out was smooth. The beds were great, the room was very ckean and we had a delicious breakfast. I will definitely stay here again. "

"Room is overall clean but you have to request for kettle, toothbrush/ toothpaste yourself. No slippers. Indoor swimming pools are the most attractive places but water is too cold and hot tub is so small. Indoor underground parking is nice, clean."

"This place was full of homeless people in the lobby. It did not feel safe. The staff could not have cared less. The elevator was not working. There was no coffee available. You had to ask the front desk for a cup and the cream and sugar likely because all the vagrants are having out in there taking it. This was the first and last time staying there. We have stayed at the Best Western up the block several times with zero issues. This means they have figured out how to keep these people from hanging out in their building and parking lot. The staff at the front desk of the best western should be training your staff. They look depressed, are lazy and seem to only care to do the bare minimum and only speak when spoken to. What a waste of money. Would urge people to stay somewhere else."

"Clean area, little hard to get around parking lot. Only hotel so far that has available Dove moisturizer and shampoo body wash that doesn’t smell generic. A gym next to the pool is awesome with open showers for rinse. Pool was a tad small but wasn’t busy at all. I enjoyed my stay very much would recommended except a bit further than another holiday inn from airport as they were the original. Definitely recommend if you’re not having to drive around the city for Alley-oop Tournament. Definitely a very busy location at night. Not many places near by for food without driving."

"Loved the location, so close to the slopes almost like a ski in and out :-) ski shuttle super easy to take just outside the main entrance ! Awesome amenities , heated pool and the 3 restaurants on the premise were all we needed :-) Rooms are nice and spacious ! Staff super friendly and helpful !"
