"2 chaises longues à la piscine c'est vraiment peu. La peinture du plafond se décolle et tombe dans l'eau. Les peignoirs et les chaussons sont payant. Un peu indélicat je trouve. Sinon hôtel très bien et perdonnel accueillant. Je recommande."

"Perfect stay other than signage to access through the gates and where to check in - this was frustrating after a long drive. It is located in a large garden along with a care home and it was difficult to locate where the reception was and where the building was. We arrived late but we were welcomed by a very very helpful and courteous receptionist. Now we know where everything is we will definitely stay there again. "

"Food at the restaurant was excellent, extremely high quality. All the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Our room was lovely, but we did have a problem with no hot water on our first morning that took about an hour to get sorted. Went to shower in the late afternoon and the same issue again. Checked with the front desk and an engineer couldn't get to sort it until after 6pm, as we were eating at 7pm we had to have cold showers. We were planning on using the fitness room both days but...
