"This place is amazing. If you are looking for something unique with over 500 years of history then this is the place. The dining rooms are covered in pictures from the poems of Jean de la Fontaine, because why not. The staff are also really friendly."

"We had a wonderful stay. The property is managed by a very sweet and accommodating lady who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The homemade breakfast was excellent, with delicious fresh bread, jam, and coffee. The beautiful garden added to the charm and relaxation of the stay. "Friendly helpful staff. Booked hotel for a rest on the long drive back from Milan to the UK- sadly there was a lot of noise outside the hotel in the evening and then the fire alarm went off in the early hours. The secure parking lot is a mess and needs some TLC. The stay was OK"

"Staff very helpful. Hotel is well located. Walkable to town centre. Good bar and other restaurants nearby. However, the building is looking tired. We booked this hotel because it came up after using a “pool” filter. In the event, there was no pool. And the fitness centre was closed."
