"Spa is great, but bear in mind that it's not included into ones stay at the hotel. You'll need to call the spa reception and book it separately, and tell your bank details by phone. Also the range of rooms at the hotel don't match with the one at hotels.com. I paid for a suit and hotel's reception got it from the site as "executive". Next time I'll just book it directly with the Ringwood "

They were extremely understanding when I made an error in my food choice and helped me pick something else, reassured me that the mistake was honest and were so polite about it. "Very friendly ,helpful and passionate staff nothing was too much trouble.Food at the restaurant was fantastic the chef should be on master chef everything cooked fresh to order. All staff should be very proud of what they are doing at this hotel. The only negative from my stay was the noise from the main road if they could have some sort of sound barrier ie extra blind and maybe think about different flooring too as this was extremely noisy from people walking about above my room.Would definitely stay here again ,would be even better if they offered breakfast thoughtout your stay as the food is exceptional. "
