"The communication from Kasa was pathetic. Their AI acted concerned but they were not. It was so bad on the precheck I tried to get a refund of my prepayment. I would of happily rebooked at a higher cost. The experience proved even worse. I will never use Kasa or Expedia again. Expedia should have taken responsibility when I asked for a refund. They did not. The most frustrating lack of customer setvice I have ever encountered. This is only the 2nd bad review I have ever written. I think that...

"Queen studio. Smaller than expected but got the job done for 2 people. No issue with noise/AC/wifi. Location is perfect for downtown/boulder/stadium activities. There’s a food hall (with bars and coffee) literally right next door. Paid $25 for parking each night with no issues getting a spot even with all the rooms booked."

"I would not stay at Kasa Rino again because the check-in is onerous and inflexible. It does not fit my computer/phone configuration and I suspect that is true for many or most senior citizens."
