The room we were assigned appeared to have previously been the manager’s room, as it was separated from the check-in office by a door that could only be locked and unlocked from the office side. "While this was a reasonably price stay for an oceanfront venue, we would have been happier spending more money elsewhere. The room was reasonably clean upon arrival but they only clean every other day. Sand on the tile floor is a problem and trash builds up quick. We only got one towel each for our 3 day stay there never any available when we requested more. Pet friendly but the smell of dog permates the air. TV remote only changed channels and volume, we had to get out of bed to turn it off....

Everything was good bed was comfortable outside balcony looking onto the beach and pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again."

"if not for the friendly staff id leave the worst review possible. lady at the front desk and her husband were great and were helpful and friendly. truth be told thats where the good stuff ends. the room is old and nasty, smells really bad. bed is funky and if not for being exhaused we might of slept in the car, or somewhere else. id bet MOST women would HATE the bathroom. my wife did, she didnt want to use anything in it, its nasty. you ARE right on the beach, BUT most liekly it will be...

"I really enjoyed staying here! The pool was so nice! It was such an easy walk down to the beach. The room was clean, with plenty of toiletries and towels were in the bathroom! The only downside was the WiFi was a bit slow, and the breakfast options were pretty limited - but of neither of those are a huge deal to me! I also really liked that even though we arrived before our check in time and our room wasn’t ready we were still able to get our parking pass and use the pool while we waited."

"You have to pay for valet parking or paid parking off-site. Hidden fees. I don't think I will stay here again. $325 room and end up paying about $500 total. The pool was nice. The fire pit was cozy. The bar has a beautiful view and a nice atmosphere. The "oceanview" room was clean, but it was located directly over the AC units, and they were very loud. You can't hear the ocean at all. The staff was the best part of the hotel. I didn't like the hidden fees. Will not be returning."

"I will start this off with the fact I got this room for 2 nites for my sister's 65th birthday and it cost $250 a nite !!! What a horrible room - Where should I start...bathroom sink would not drain...by time done brushing teeth water up to top...took 7 solid minutes to drain. Sink faucet way to close to countertop-turn on faucet, water hit counter, soaks EVERYTHING on entire counter...had to keep a towel wrapped around it before turning on. Bathroom door would not shut! From 1/2" at top to 1" at...

"All the staff was very friendly and helpful !!! The all gray and ripped Umbrellas could use fresh , happier colors and need to be renewed. Tables and chairs are not enough. Chairs are very uncomfortable , although the heaviness ( against the wind) is understandable, same on the balcony. The toilet in the room had the size for toddlers and too low for older adults. The only one handbar in the shower made the shower dangerous. Without the great staff we would have moved out right away."
