"The ocean front room was soothing. We sat out on the balcony and listened to the ocean! Melted our stress away! Room was clean and comfy! Unfortunately, we didn't have time to take advantage of all the amenities."

"Loved the upgrade to a better view, the privacy of the separate bedroom for the parents, and the host of onsite amenities. We took advantage of long walks on the beach, quiet mornings having coffee sitting in one of the two balconies, and having delicious food delivered to our room. We would stay again in a heartbeat, possibly in a room on a higher floor for an even better view."

"The room was a two bedroom suite which had a lot of potential, but needed a deep clean, paint, new appliances and basic repairs. The back doorknobs and locks barely worked and the back porch was filthy. The room also smelled like an ash tray. "

"While this was a reasonably price stay for an oceanfront venue, we would have been happier spending more money elsewhere. The room was reasonably clean upon arrival but they only clean every other day. Sand on the tile floor is a problem and trash builds up quick. We only got one towel each for our 3 day stay there never any available when we requested more. Pet friendly but the smell of dog permates the air. TV remote only changed channels and volume, we had to get out of bed to turn it off....

"We do not feel the room was as described. It was not well maintained, and the overall condition of the unit was disappointing. The room we were assigned appeared to have previously been the manager’s room, as it was separated from the check-in office by a door that could only be locked and unlocked from the office side. That alone made us very uncomfortable. Additionally, the door did not seal properly. We could clearly see light coming through around the edges from the office, and the music...

"The room itself was nice. Could be updated. There were pots pans, dishes, stove, full-size refrigerator, all the amenities that you could want coffee maker. Everything was good bed was comfortable outside balcony looking onto the beach and pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again."

"I will start this off with the fact I got this room for 2 nites for my sister's 65th birthday and it cost $250 a nite !!! What a horrible room - Where should I start...bathroom sink would not drain...by time done brushing teeth water up to top...took 7 solid minutes to drain. Sink faucet way to close to countertop-turn on faucet, water hit counter, soaks EVERYTHING on entire counter...had to keep a towel wrapped around it before turning on. Bathroom door would not shut! From 1/2" at top to 1" at...

"Tiki bar closed at 8pm. Also, they aren't affiliated with the condos so bring cash or card with you. Property is a good value for the money. Right on the beach, pool is adequate. Entertainment every afternoon. Rooms are a little dated hit and miss as they are privately owned and some are much better than others. Staff was great! "

"This place isn’t super modern, but it was perfect for a little Rockville trip. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and it’s within walking distance of many great restaurants. I’ll definitely be booking again."

"Very beautiful place it’s like a tiny apartment only problem I had was there’s no curtains for the rooms and in the morning the sun is straight in your eyes there’s blinds. has a little kitchen with stove, dishwasher, and full refrigerator very close to the beach to cannot say enough, how how perfect this place is for vacation for families that just won’t be in a small town with a beach "
