"Clean rooms. Beautiful lobby and rooms. Great view of the ocean. Beach chairs at the pool area are lovely. Have to pay to rent the ones for the beach. Inconvenient parking situation. Pay to park in the garage for even 2 minutes. You have to cross over busy road to get to the hotel with lots of construction nearby. The parking garage has a crazy amount of reserved spaces for valet. "

"Stayed in the one king bed with kitchenette above the office area. Though it said no ocean-view, we were pleasantly surprised that we could in fact see the ocean from our balcony. The people we encountered (2 different front desk ladies, and 1 housekeeper who all introduced themselves but alas I remember none of their names) were all extremely nice, friendly, and genuinely wanted us to have a nice stay. Fresh towels were available everytime we asked, which was so nice! This is an older building, so obviously updates are still needed, but so many general improvements have happened that I'm sure they're doing the best they can after the hurricane.... but I have to say: it really gave us that old-Florida vibe that we love. We would stay again if in the area!"

"Ask for maid services after 3 days finally came nite before we were leaving. Didn’t make bed. Bugs crawling on floor pot smoke everywhere in side outside smell terrible nite time service bad been coming in march since 2018 but will not be back. Slider didn’t work. Bad view. Just bad stay. Will find a newer place next year"

"The hotel was beautiful but the problem I had was the room. I was upgraded from a city view to a ocean view but here lies the problem the bathroom was outdated and rusted could not hang my face cloths or towels because of it also low pressure water. I took pictures because I couldn't believe how beautiful the hotel looks outside could hold decaying inside "

"Our anniversary weekend getaway was awesome. Pricilla at the front desk is a keeper! Also, There was a young lady, a housekeeper, I didn’t get her name she displayed excellent customer service. Unfortunately, we didn’t have a chance to enjoy the amenities because of the weather but we had a room with a great view and balcony, thanks to Pricilla! "
