"The location of the property was perfect for walking and exploring the whole city. Sydney Opera House only a short 10 minute walk away. Plenty of coffee shops surrounding if you don't want to have the breakfast at the hotel (you can choose a la carte from hotel)
Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned daily (you have an option to skip daily cleaning for a $10 food credit). The on-site restaurant was delicious."

"Hard to understand how this hotel has a 4.5 stars rating. It was great to have lots of space, but the decor etc is very tired. The porcelain in both hand basins was crazed, the internal door hinges squeaked loudly and the daily room service was always very late (after 4pm) and very rough."
