"気に入らなかった点;チェックインしたら部屋の清掃がされていなかった。気に入った点;清掃についてのチャット問い合わせへの対応が丁寧で、清掃員もすぐに到着した。部屋自体は画像の通り、洗濯乾燥機がとても便利でした。混雑している時間帯は隣の棟のエレベーターを利用できたため出入りに困りませんでした。清掃がされていなかった事以外は全体的に満足しています。"

"値段は安いがそれ相応の宿でした。良い点　Wi-Fiが問題無く使えた。冷凍付きの冷蔵庫が付いていた（日本からではなく他国からの買出し旅行で滞在した為）。早朝に到着した為フロントで荷物預かりサービス（有料）があったのは助かった。悪い点　ソファが臭い。毎日虫（特にゴキブリ）が出る。ティッシュが無い。食器用洗剤も用意されていない。熱いシャワーが出ない。シャンプーが泡立たない。低層階の為、眺望は何も無く暗い（４１階建ての6階）。そして設定の問題なのか上層階で満員になっているせいなのか、エレベーターが全然来ず、乗れない。キッチン用具はフライパンしか使えず、ポットも中身が黄色くなっていた為料理は一切しませんでした。上記を容認出来る方であれば泊まれるかと思います。＊我々は冷凍庫付きの冷蔵庫が必須であった為、こちらを選びました。"

"The good - location is excellent and you’re right in the centre of the action. Communication was great with instructions on how to access the property which you will need as it isn’t straight forward. The pool is nice enough. The bad: the actual room we had wasn’t great in that it was kinda run down and needs some maintenance. The bathroom was not present at all but did have hot water.
