"It was good "

"I called to say our flight was coming in after midnight and that we would be checking in late. Staff member said they would leave a note on our acct. I then enquired about how we would get the shuttle from the airport and was told that the shuttle would not be running at that hour! I was annoyed bc one of the reasons we booked here was for shuttle. So we ended taking a taxi to hotel only to arrive and see a shuttle in front of entrance and the person running the shuttle said it was 24hrs. We then were placed in an ADA compliant room which was bizarre. "

"The hotel itself is old and you can tell as soon as you walk to your room. It’s had a stale smell. Overall it’s clean, breakfast was really nice, and we were grateful to have the shuttle service. But for the high price I was surprised about the location. Very scary part of town. Garbage all over the sidewalks & roads, concrete sidewalks in bad shape, and surrounding buildings boarded up and abandoned. Also our room was on the street side. Cop sirens all night and tons of road noise."

"Airport shuttle is not used for pickups, which unfortunately was not mentioned when I called both before reservation and before arriva to confirm there was shuttle service. I had to find other travel when I arrived to the airport and called for pickup"
