The best deal of all the hotels in Kaifaqu, Dalian
The best deal of all the hotels in Kaifaqu, Dalian, China? A great location, walking distance to Five Colour City, AnSheng Mall, Suning movie theatre, iMall, Street Food Street, Hongmei with Korean restaurants, Wanda with an IMAX theatre, and a short taxi ride to Daheishan or Big Monk Mountain. All the good hotels in Dalian are clean but Citadines was remarkably clean. Also, it has windows that open, which is exceptional.

It was too cold inside room due to small air conditioner. We are tolerable to cold temp, but cold temp and thin bedding made us cold in that night. We used Ascott proroerties in Dalian and Beijing before, but we have never experienced such poor conditon like this before.

International visitor friendly
Good location walking distance to main city area, street markets, shopping centre,banks, and great street food very cheap and high class restaurants. Hotel has gym, you can sit in lounge on third floor drink great coffee and free wifi, good international breakfast, great Japanese Resturant as well, conventaint store 50 meters from hotel. Always stay here other hotels don't offer these service for the price.

The hotel is located at convenience location and near to the bank street. Hotel room is clean and organised interiors. The breakfast buffet is nice.

➀予約の部屋と実際の部屋異なる：予約時（デラックススタジオ）仕様：浴室バスタブ、電子レンジ、バスロープ等付＊予約の時の掲載写真、内容は、実際は、エグゼエクチイブスタジオ ＊これでは、嘘、詐欺の旅行代理店となる、2泊しましたが１泊は、我慢、２泊目、ホテルの抗議して予約契約の部屋に移動：抗議と部屋移動で２時間要す。時間の無駄⓶レセプションのスタッフの質のバラつき：優秀な人とほとんど馬鹿な人が居る。今回CHECK IN時は、馬鹿で有った。③ホテル経営陣方針は、良いと思うが、馬鹿なスタッフがホテル客先（顧客）を失う

・ホテル経営方針良好と認むも数名のスタッフがホテルイメージを落とす
・大連開発区出張時常泊ホテル：①リーゾナルブル価格帯⓶設備（日系TV、洗濯機、レンジ、キッチン等）③部屋（５５ｍ２）④部屋のシンプルアクセサリー、清潔度⑤毎回感じる事残念な事：フロントデスク（レセプション）日本語、英語の出来る４星クラスのスタッフ対応の時は、感じが良い。今回は、CHECKイン時ラーメンを食べていた。夜は、ロビーソファーで寝ていた。ホテル総合評価が良いが中国特有の１名のスタッフが全体をだめにする。毎回気分が悪いのはエレベター前の警備員（２０年以上前の国営ホテル並み、態度悪い）

괜찮음
개발구 중심가에 위치하고 한인타운 바로 옆이라 위치는 훌륭합니다. 다만 근처에 편의점들이 좀 걸어야 하는 단점이 있습니다. 조식은 나쁘지 않습니다. 방도 깨끗한 편입니다. 다만 담배남새가 좀 나는건 어쩔 수 없더라구요. 출장이라면 가성비가 나쁘지 않은 호텔입니다.
