Cleaning staff were not consistently friendly or thoughtful e.g. three of us in a room did not result in three towels or adequate coffee supplies, despite rooms only being cleaned upon 24 hour advance request. Free parking is appreciated and while there is no free breakfast the food service area is large and varied. No restaurant with staffed table service. Close to Tulane University, I would gladly return for what would be my...

"The concierge “butler” Shawn was helpful and pleasant and always available. He was a 10/10. The room could use a deep clean. Bathrooms and linens and all were spotless. Just the floor and carpet need a deep clean, not the daily staff fault. The pool and courtyards were charming and of another era. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Location is excellent too. "
