"It’s a terrible place to stay I will never again in this motel."

"Fine for what it is."

"The staff at this establishment was very kind and helped me with things immediately which was great. They also gave good advice on how to get to locations in town. However, all in all this was an ok stay and here are the reasons why: -Biggest no go: Apart from the deposit an additional charge by the hotel that I had not authorized appeared on my credit card statement (it was more than the deposit). I had not been informed about it. When I addressed it, it was immediately checked and returned...

"Dry convenient we have stayed here a lot and always clean with spacious rooms very close to Tulane and shops on Freret"

"Excellent for the price"

"Have to pay for parking!"

"The residence was well kept and stocked with goodies for the guests. The rooms were quiet and clean. The courtyard and surrounding grounds were nicely maintained. The location is approximately one mile from the French Quarter and Mid Town for a variety of dining and walking options. I really enjoyed the stay and plan to return in the future."

"Stay was for several nights. Front desk staff was exceptional and more than helpful. Always with a smile. Room- Clean. Wifi- very good. Beds- comfy. Water hot with good pressure. Size- large and oodles of space. Location- walkable to everything. Overall, I would come back and stay."

"Our stay was absolutely magnificent! I consider myself quite particular when it comes to accommodations, and this property exceeded my expectations. It was immaculate from top to bottom, with exceptional cleanliness, security, and privacy; all of which were especially appreciated while traveling for a work conference. The entire experience was outstanding, and I will absolutely be staying here again!"

"Everything was great, just one thing to note is their dryer doesn’t fully dry clothes on one cycle."

"Great hotel"
