"Good hotel in a great location, very clean with friendly staff. I had altitude sickness, and the staff, especially Erica, went out of their way to help me through it. A nice bonus was that on the day we had to leave at 5 AM for an excursion, they prepared a breakfast box for us. On our last day, they also allowed us a late check-out (for a small surcharge), which was very convenient. The only downside was that, for some reason, the bathroom had a bad smell. "I didn’t know what to expect, but I was amazed how nice and rustic this hotel was. The staff is very nice and will go out of their ways to understand us and our pour Spanish. I recommend strongly if you want to be close to everything and don’t want to pay to much. The only downside is it’s noisy outside at night because of the traffic, but I really didn’t mind. I will book again if I come back to Cuzco."

"The staff at the property is really good, accommodative and courteous. The location is quite walkable to the main square of Cusco. For the price; excellent value and experience. We stayed at the property, then left our luggage in storage and went to Machu Picchu for a couple days and returned back to the property. Everything was very smooth"
