"The staff were excellent at helping me settle in. Being an english speaking Canadian not knowing much Spanish this was helpful! Room service was always fast and delicious! I recommend the grilled alpaca (sort of like goat). I would just say potentially consider adding a larger selection to the menu however this is a personal preferance as there are many places to eat in Cusco. "LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!! This hotel is a magical place to stay in the center of Cusco. The views and balcony from our room were impressionable. The dining area balcony was beautiful from the morning breakfast to the evening glass of wine. The noise is true but that is expected when staying in this area. Solution, add some white noise in your room and bring ear plugs. You'll sleep like a baby. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They made sure our breakfast was availble at 3:30am...
