"The staff was FANTASTIC! There was always someone at the lobby, 24/7 and everyone was always smiling and willing to help. The rooms were clean, the beds were cozy and warm (with an extra blanket!), the wifi was quite good, although there were moments it wasn’t loading. The hotel was very well located! It was near the main square and many restaurants. The breakfast was quite complete, I just wish there had been a few more gluten free options, but there were a few good options to pick from:)...

"The location is convenient for walking around town. Plenty of restaurants and stores for shopping. Staff were excellent and always help with your luggage. We developed altitude sickness but the hotel had oxygen and an on-call doctor if needed. The breakfast is open 3a-10a. So many options, especially native foods. I would 10/10 recommend this hotel!!"

"We booked for one night after Machu Picchu tour and opted for the room with the jacuzzi tub. It is the only way to go!"

"This was the most perfect place to stay! The entire staff was so kind and amazing and made our stay in Cusco so great. Breakfast was delicious and when we had an early morning to Machu Pichu, they had breakfast to go for us! Would highly recommend staying at Casa Cruz Verde! "

"The staff is really helpful. The room has a space heater which is great for us drying our clothes. Breakfast is always very good. If you leave early in morning, they can prepare your breakfast as takeout. "

"My husband and I loved staying here. We stayed for 5 nights. We loved the design of the hotel. The host Atenas was amazing and so kind. She help us a lot and was flexible. The included breakfast is healthy and a great start to the day. If you’re staying in Cusco, I highly recommend here. Great location to a ton of city attractions like the main plaza, San Pedro Market and much more. We walked and explored the city with ease. "
