"Zans was an absolute gem. The apartment was quiet, spotless and perfectly appointed. It was a gentle 15 minute walk to the centre, with a chicken restaurant and supermarket less than a minute away. The customer service was the best we have had for a very long time. When you booked your breakfast, it was delivered and later d out on your dining table. The beds were super warm, and there was heating if you needed it Would highly recommend!"

"Hands down, one of the best stays I have ever had in a hotel or lodge. The rooms were kept and spacious the staff were amazing, the went above and beyond to keep us happy, they organized a lot of things for us so we dont have too or worry about it. Also the view up here is amazing, you get to see Cusco from a great angle, and also breakfast is good here. "This is a perfect place to stay as a family. We have 3 kids and often have trouble finding somewhere big enough. Our space had 2 rooms and a fold out couch, which was great. You get breakfast served right to your room. It was highly convenient to local sites. Check-in was momentarily confusing because there are 2 doors, but it was quickly figured out. The shower had plenty of hot water. Overall it was a great place to stay!"

"This was an experience like no other and exceptional in every way. Staff were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. The building itself is like a museum (it actually was until the 1970s!) so expect to see genuine historical art on the walls, remnants of Inka stonework, original colonial architecture.
