Great communication and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. They brought a delicious breakfast to our room each morning. And they even kept our bags after checkout while we explored Cusco until our flight. Would highly recommend!

I came directly from a Inca rail trip from Aguas Calientes. It was so convenient for me to check in right away after a long travel. The apartment was comfortable and felt like a little home. Breakfast was served in room and you have to pre order the day prior to. Staff was there 24/7 via WhatsApp and friendly. Instructions were clear. Overall I would recommend.

Staff was very attentive to our needs and accommodating. Breakfast served in our room was delicious. Great location if you’re taking the train to Machu Picchu. The departure station to Machu Picchu was literally right outside the front door next to the hotel.

Very nice place. The host is extremely kind and helpful. He was so sweet to book us a taxi super early in the morning without us even asking. The place was very clean and the beds wer super comfortable!

Great stay

Great place to stay. Smaller quaint hotel with only 2 floors but no elevator. Good sized room with really comfy bed. Great breakfast cooked to order and brought to the room. Great service! Giara went above and beyond to accommodate requests and is great to deal with.
