"The property is close to the city and has parking however there are a number of issues with the property. The bathroom sink was getting clogged and took a long time to drain. The bathroom floor needed cleaning. There was considerable mould on the bathroom ceiling. The shower curtain is supported by rope. There was also hair in the beds. "The location is great, 1 block from the beach. There is no A/C. Ok for most days with a cool ocean breeze. Had a record hot spell for 2days, 85F and so a little warm at night"
