"When I did my check in the room wasn't ready but that is not a problem the problem was when the young lady who attended in the front desk told me the room will be ready in one hour, I went to eat something at the hotel buffet and I came back to the front desk the same lady told me to come back in 15 minutes because the supervisor was checking the room. And I came back in 15 minutes and the same lady told me that the room was not ready yet, and the food was the same everyday."

"My goodness, nothing short of amazing! This hotel is pretty secluded from some of the local tourist attractions but totally worth it. I was upgraded to a pool view with a partial oceanview room and it was PERFECT! The room was very very nice, clean, very modern finishes. "Beautiful property, quiet and well kept. Only downfall is location is on the French side of the island and without a car things get very expensive getting taxis to and from things to do. If planning to stay at this resort please know it’s on the French side which means it’s not close to the popular tourists attractions. Otherwise decent resort."
