"Is a bit smelly rooms and bot so clean. You check in on your own . There is no staff. So your not sure how to ask for towels etc etc. area is not bad . You could uber everywhere, businesses close . Groceries etc etc ."

"The place was as in the photos, quite clean and staff replied quickly via there messenger or whatsapp, when you message them, as there is nobody in the building. There isn't actually bottled water in the room, but is a water dispenser in the hallway. The main negative was they are very strict about not having anyone in the room other than the registered guests, so couldn't have any of my friends I have in Madrid over for a drink or catch up :("

"Este no es un Hotel sino un departamento que rentan por habitaciones. Ofrecen en hoteles.com la mejor habitacion del apartamento pero al llegar te la cambian por una mas pequeña y sencilla sin baño privado. Le rentan la misma habitacion a varios huespedes y al final se configura la estafa que repiten ciclicamente. Ofrecen lavanderia y no la dejan usar. Luego se hace reclamacion y no aceptan lonque hacen. Muy mal lugar nada recomendado. La habitacion tiene mala la cerradura y se hace insegura....
