"Clean"

"The room was lovely. Very clean. I had a king studio with balcony. There was a keurig coffee maker with a few k cups provided. I loved the room. The breakfast was ok - I wouldn’t order the quiche again, but the lemon bread was great. The lobby had hot coffee and hot water, but no cold water to fill a refillable water bottle. Since I stayed at the end of June and it was hot, I was disappointed to fill my water bottle from the tap."

"The hotel was in a great spot.. easy to get out of the parking lot and easy access to the beach.. My daughter loved the pool and the rooms could have used a little more work but a good price.."

"⭐☆☆☆☆ ⭐☆☆☆☆ I booked Crystal Coast Oceanfront Hotel because of the beautiful oceanfront view. Unfortunately, the view was the only highlight of our stay. The room was not clean. The refrigerator and microwave were dirty, and the room felt old, small, and poorly maintained. Cleanliness should never be an issue at any hotel. The customer service was even more disappointing. I asked a housekeeper to clean our room while my grandson and I were out. She said she would, but when we returned around...

"Room was fairly comfortable. A/c never completely cooled the room, partially because of humidity. The rest was sufficient. I did see a roach in our bathroom one night, though. It could have been a bit cleaner in the detail cleaning."
