Horrible, we were trying to have a nice vacation but with the hotel it got messed up. I booked my hotel 1 month before to be able to book for one with ocea view. I called after to request the highest floor so we can see the ocean as much as we could since we are paying more for an ocean view and the person that answered comfirmed with me that it was all set. But once we got there to check in, they said they didnt have any request and they didnt add the details. What us the point of calling and making a request if they are not going to take it in consideration. We were also told that parking was not included and we had to pay, even tho i confirmed with the person that answered the call that everything was included even laudry. They were not specific about any details. The ROOMS are very very small. We paid for a large room with 2 beds but we didnt even get the room we requested and paid for. There was no soap to wash the hands in the restrooms. The rooms waa dirty and dusty in poor conditions.
For breakfast there was only waffles. We were expecting something a little better but no. We will never be coming back to this hotel. What a shame.
