"Absolutely shocking! Turned up the place looked shut down and abounded all smashed windows and graffiti all over walls. Knocked on door to see if I got the wrong address and they said my room was cancelled because toilet was broken! Well I wouldn’t of stayed there but the fact they didn’t contact me before hand to say the room was cancelled is bad, AVOID!!! Wish I took pictures but I will next time in Liverpool!"

"We were given an 'accessible' room for some reason. It was old and in need of refurbishment. I had requested 2 beds but there was just one small double. Very basic. "

" We absolutely love this home . It just felt like home away from home . Property owner is very much up to dated with their guests if they need some thing or how it’s going during their stays . Very quiet and very close to Anfield stadium if you support Liverpool Football club . Definitely coming back to Liverpool and would love to stay again here . "

"False advertising - The images on the website do not match the reality (see attached photos). This isn't a minor difference it is incomparable. What is being advertised here is not actually what you get. Cleanliness - the accommodation was unclean, in fact it was the most unclean accommodation I have ever been to. (see attached photos). There where bags of rubbish on the outside area, flies, dirty rags and rubbish left in the property. Safety - The front door to the accommodation block wasn't...

"Cancelled on me at very short notice. Offered alternative accomodation, I booked a double and was offered a single bed. Not ideal for 2 people so had to decline and partner had to drive the 3hrs home when we had already travelled 3hrs to Liverpool. "

"The apartment is in a very convenient location. It is comfortable. However, it is extremely noisy at night. Lots of partying into the early morning and the bedroom windows are single pane. If you are looking for a quiet place to sleep, this is not it. "
