"Great location , literally a stones throw from Buckingham Palace and all the drama that comes with it . The hotel staff were warm and welcoming and concierge was particularly efficient. The hotel is traditionally and warmly decorated but it is a little fraid at the edges and could do with minor repairs …… but the room was spotlessly clean and the bed and sheets were exceptional . No gym and no arrangement with a local gym other than at a high cost is a huge disappointment for a five star hotel . "
