Hotel Dekat Crazy Coqs

"Stayed several times at this wonderful hotel. Cost this stay was considerably higher than previously, which may merely be a reflection of price increases in the hotel industry generally. Still, something of a bitter pill. Small issue - reservations made something of a point to get my accurate estimate of arrival time for the purpose of determining if an early check-in would be possible. I arrived following my transatlantic overnight flight when predicted, about two hours before 3 p.m....

"I absolutely loved this hotel and it definitely exceeded my expectations. There are so many lovely details in the rooms, especially the floor heating in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The gym and spa are wonderful. For a hotel, the gym is really 10 out of 10. My only regret is that I did not have more time but will definitely come back."

"Such a wonderful place! Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are always superb. A special thanks to Natalia who greeted us each morning at breakfast and made our day start with a smile! The new bar they had had a super DJ and great vibe on Saturday night. Already booked our next visit."

"My wife and I have stayed at the Resident Covent Garden a few times now. Always a warm welcome, with staff going the extra mile to help the guests. Hotel is placed right on The Strand, ideally placed for Covent Garden, West End theatres and a short walk from the British Museum. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant but is surrounded by places to eat, whatever your taste. Rooms are well-appointed, spacious enough to be comfortable and quiet considering the hustle and bustle of the district. Will...

"Quaint - that's the word. Quaint hotel in Covent Garden, within walking distance to the theaters. Would I go back? Yes. West-end theaters are a 10-minute walk, with some good places to eat along the way."

"Will definitely go back and stay."

"From our welcome by very kind uniformed doormen to our early and thorough check-in by front-desk staff, until our final departure we were treated in the most respectful manner. The décor was beyond gorgeous, with a variety of textures and colors that were delightfully pleasing. The rooms were exquisite and one of the finest that we have ever experienced! While it is expensive, it paid dividends in comfort, convenience, and high quality."

"This was by far one of the top three best hotel stays of all time!! I can’t remember a more attentive staff at a hotel in my life."

"Beautiful new hotel in the perfect London Mayfair location still close to Trafalgar, Soho. No nice grand entry, breakfast restaurant so so, rooftop bar neat. Biggest downside is so many rooms that just look out into another room very close by so we tended to just leave drapes shut for privacy which just feels wrong for a $2000 room"

"Great location in Mayfair, friendly staff, very welcoming."
