"1. Wiped up a spot on the floor and the towel was black from the dirt on the floor. 2. Housekeeping never came to our room with a two night stay. Trash running over and ran out of toilet paper. No clean towels or wash clothes. 3. coffee pot didn't work. 4. Never enough or any towels in the pool areas."

"Enjoyed game room and work out area. Bummer that pools were closed but they were working on them. Looks like they will be nice with a water slide too. We would definitely stay there again. Staff is friendly. S’mores every evening are a nice touch too"

"It’s right next to the arch which was convenient. Our room had issues though. The toilet barely flushed, and the toilet seat was broken, the bathtub water didn’t drain properly and quickly backed up, the soap dispenser handle was broken off, there were several large spiders on the outside of the window but that was the view, and the room alarm clock went off in the middle of the night and we hadn’t touched it. It was startling. Overall the room itself was pretty poor. The location was good."

"Friendly staff. Breakfast was really good and had so many options. The evening Kickback included free drinks and food options like hot dogs, pull pork, chili, potatoes, and buns. Walking distance to the Arch. The only drawback during our visit was the gas smell that was coming into the room. Also parking garage is separate from the building- located across the street and have to go through two crosswalks to get to it."

"We enjoyed our stay here, but, was dismayed on how long it took to check in. 1-1/2 hours before we got a room. Thank you to the lady who got us in. Lots to do here! Pools were awesome. Food and kids play areas were also good. Good location to get to other attractions in town. Side note: housekeeping was great and so we're the folks at the buffet."

"The breakfast was just awful and even being free wasn’t worth getting second day . Even my 12 year old didn’t want to eat it . Housekeeping never came by to clean room or refresh linens and towels . Pool was ok but no towels stocked in the bin to dry off with . We had our bathroom light bulb was burned out told the front desk at415 pm . Was not changed until about 1115 pm seven hours later . Making us have to go to bathroom in dark and delay for my son to shower and get to bed on...

"I’ve stayed in lots of hotels, but this was by far THE worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. You’d think for over $200 a night you’d at least get a clean, updated room, but no. Our room was filthy and out dated. The bathroom doorknob was broken, bathtub chipped and cracked, bloodstains on the sheets, windows wouldn’t open, the door barely latched. Listing showed very deceptive photos, said it would sleep 4, there were two tiny full sized beds on rickety frames I could’ve easily pushed over. Not sure...
