"The hotel staff were very nice, the room was large and comfortable. My only complaint is the air conditioning was blasting and it was pretty chilly outside. When I asked to have the heat put on, it was for a few hours then went back to cold. My room on the ground floor look directly to the street so if you want to open your curtains, i recommend you ask for a room upstairs. "

"Lovely, modern boutique hotel centrally located. Opted to include breakfast and it did not disappoint. Also some nice touches in the room such as complementary still and flavoured waters in the fridge and a large chocolate bar. Only drawback was the lack of parking. Nearest car park was 15 minutes away and about £40 for 24 hours of parking. "Very nice property which located just outside town so very quiet, still less than a 5 minute walk from the station though. Staff were very friendly and room was very pleasant. Breakfast options were different from a usual hotel which made a nice change, the only place in England I’ve seen that gives you a piece of steak with your cooked breakfast. "We stayed at The Randolph for three nights in September 2005. We had breakfast there three times and dinner once. The dinner was excellent and the service was superb and a tribute to the superb staff my wife and I cannot praise the food and service enough. The breakfasts were equally superb with a wide selection of breakfast food at the buffet. The room was excellent in every way and the position of the hotel for visiting the city centre and Colleges was spot on.

"Jeg bestilte rommet på kort varsel, samme dag. Pris og standard gav valutta for pengene. I tillegg til et hyggelig rom, med stort bad og kaffe/te, var det en god restaurant.
