"The entire staff of Hotel Reisner was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to help us. Selim,at the front desk, and Mona, who cleaned our room, were extraordinary. During his break, Selim directed us to the nearest metro station, and Mona showed us how to adjust our air-conditioning and then checked back with us 15 minutes later to ensure we were comfortable. A very pleasant stay indeed!"

"Hotel staff was always friendly and helpful. There was always someone available at the front desk, which was convenient for us because we had to catch a 6am train on the morning we departed. One of the few hotels that we found that actually had a 2nd bed for our son and not just a sleeper sofa. The air conditioner also worked amazing, which is a hard find in Europe "

"We stayed here for 3 nights my wife said it was one of the comfiest beds she has ever slept in on any hotel (and we have been lucky enough to stay in some rather fancy ones. Really well appointed bathroom. Paris hotels are not famed for their size but all 6ft 3” of me found this perfect. "This was a nice little establishment in the heart of Marais. The staff was helpful and kind. The beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows. Great water pressure and hot water - love that! I would return again. "

"Our room was normally sized for Paris. The staff was exceptionally friendly, even going outside of the hotel to point out a sweet little restaurant for us. They called a calb for us back to the airport as well. The shower was superb. The hotel also was very conveniently located to everything -- shopping, dining, cultural sites and the metro.
