Stayed in room, paid top dollar for New Years Eve weekend - the room was not cleaned . I requested a discount no response . If the hotel is too busy to accommodate the holiday they should have enough staff or not have booked rooms. They again charged my room for coffee etc after all the ...

This was a terrible hotel to stay at. My daughter and I requested two beds and we were put on the first floor. It was so loud and sounded like the Metro was right behind our room.
