"The hotel is small but great, and conveniently not too far from Gare de Lyon by walking. The room was clean, comfortable and well decorated. And the staff was very nice, they even allowed us to quickly pick some breakfast before the usual time as we were heading to the station early."

"Accommodation was ok, although it did not look anything like the photos. Also had to clean the sofa before making the bed which was not ideal on the first day. The flat was small & compact and not ideal for anyone over 5ft really. The toilet and separate shower rooms very small & tight. Very basic set up in the kitchen but had everything needed to make a meal if needed. One big thing missing was any air conditioning, being at the top was very hot and only had 3 small fans. No natural daylight into the flat as when kitchen window is opening it’s blocked by growing plants. Window in lounge also did not open well due to sofa being in the way. Very tight and awkward mezzanine floor to get to the bed on hands and knees A smalls and very tight steps up to the 2nd bedroom but this could be accessed by another door. As a base to stay it was ok for a short trip."

"My teenage sons and I had a lovely stay at Courtyard Marriott Gare de Lyon. The location is great, just a few steps from the metro so you can explore Paris easily. Also it is down the block from Gare de Lyon so you can travel to other cities easily. The staff at the front desk, the restaurant ,the security guards at the front door and housekeeping were all very kind and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the Sunday brunch was very good."

"Why haven’t you booked this, if you are reading this review, you should not wait. Hotel is right next to Gare De Lyon, smart way to travel around Paris. Take metro, RER or sncf, it’s all here. Amazing lobby on Mezzanine level, rooms are superb. Having stayed at another hotel in Paris as an American tourist, this hotel hits the home run."
Le patio Bastille

"Air conditioning was locked at 20 celsius so still hot. Junior suite rooms said it was accessible for people with mobility issues but there was no lift and large luggage had to be carried up a very small spiral staircase. Room freshening during stay was fair but not great. Bathroom was very dated. Do not rely on hair dryer provided in room - did not work well. Only provided refreshments on first night and not each night. Breakfast later in the morning was very depleted and slow to be refilled by staff."
