"We stayed in apartment 14. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay albeit the accommodation was very basic. A comfortable seating area and some updated furniture would have been great, as would some coffee pods for the machine. We also had to go and buy toilet roll as the housekeeping only came once and this was after we were due to run out! The facilities in the hotel are lovely - very clean and comfortable. "Small but beautiful and clean apartment, 2 blocks from the beach. Check-in is at a completely different address several blocks away, which was unclear in the app, so I had to walk some distance with my bags to find it. The staff were very sweet and they drove me back to the apartment after check in. Check out procedure is also vague, I dropped off the key cards, then emailed to confirm that was all I had to do, but have yet to receive a response. Unclear if the problem is with the Hotels.com...
