Despite all this the hotel hasn’t really understood that people need coffee in the morning. The resort is off the beaten path so you can’t just pop out and get one. The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee maker but only two pods (for four guests) are provided. After using those we asked if we could get/pay for more pods and we could not. We asked if we could buy...

"Excellent breakfast and waiters/ waitresses. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and went out of their way to accommodate me. My only issue was with the room cleaning because tea/milk/sugar were not replenished by the cleaner for two days running. "

"Breakfast was great. Check in took ages as first even tho we arrived at Park G Gate 6 at 11.15 the first shuttle didnt arrive till after midnight. Then the room cards wouldnt work in the lift or room, and that took ages to sort out. Staff were understanding and let us check out late without a penalty fee. Unfortunately room was very hot and couldnt get cool mode to work on aircon. "

"The staff were all very kind and spoke English to me. They were very knowledgeable and helped me save lots of money with the bus/train connections. I did not try the food but the ocean front room I had was PERFECT! The hotel is located on the strip and next to all the things. The only thing I didn't like is the pool wasn't open as it is not the "season" yet. I would have liked for them to notate that on their website. I will be back!"
