"I’m not even sure where to start, but I guess from the beginning. We came here for my wife's birthday, it's literally all she wanted. We have also never been here before. So we arrive to valet from Orange ave and find out that it is not the valet for the front of the hotel ,no big. deal. They still took our car, but they did not tell us we could go up the stairs to walk through the courtyard to arrive at the reception area and check in. "We had a nice view of the ocean from our balcony. The staff who cleaned were wonderful most staff were very kind and greeted us in yhe halls. The issue we had was the air-conditioning was not working and nothing was done. The room was so humid I could not get my hair or makeup right for the wedding we were there to attend. A staff at the front desk said to open the sliding glass door to let the night cool breeze in the problem is there is no screens and bugs can get in the room and the balcony...
