"overall been a pleasant experience as generally the staff were very friendly. a pity though when i noticed there were no one to assist on luggages while i saw 5 staff hogging around the reception area upon my arrival, trolling in myself the luggages. something uncalled for especially from a hotel that aclaimed 5 star."

"The staff was wonderful - friendly, and helpful. The room was very comfortable and most importantly very quiet. It didn’t have a view but it was fine. The hotel offered a lovely breakfast every morning as well as afternoon tea every day. We walked everywhere. The grotto pool was not quite as warm as I had hoped but it was very pretty. All in all a lovely stay!"
