"Le personnel à l’accueil etait exceptionnel, ils ont fait ce qu’ils pouvaient pour m’accommoder. Les appartements sont confortables seul bémol le tapis dans le couloir aurait besoin de shampooing et le fer à repasser se faisait rare. J’ai commandé le nettoyage de ma chambre pour le week-end et cela n’a pas été fait, un peu déçu, pour le personnel à l’accueil avait placé la commande en ma présence.
