"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel and the suite were very clean. The suite itself and the bathroom are spacious. Surrounding area is safe and is the best for Asian food and K-pop lovers with many good restaurants offering authentic food and gift stores. "they were going through some elevator issues but what stood out is how the bathroom fixtures and other items were tired and in need of upgrading. Rust on fixtures at the base, areas that need cleaning, not worth the price."

"The room was small but perfect for 1. I missed having any cup for water as well as a mini coffee maker. Unfortunately I could hear traffic but it’s downtown Chicago so that’s to be expected. I travel with ear plugs just in case anyway. Easy check in and easy check out."

"The first impression was our check in, she made sure to let us know upgrade options, which, to our delight, were affordable and turned out great, loved our river front view and space! King suite. The hotel is smack dab where you want to be, walking distance to every thing! Love Chicago, river front walk, architecture, lake, food! Breakfast buffet was great, friendly faces each morning! "This hotel was overall excellent. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the food at the marketplace was good but overpriced like most hotel food usually is. It's proximity to grant park and soldier field was great. The room had a decent view and was very clean and welcoming. The pillows left much to be desired but other than that, it was a great stay. I would warn to not go during the evenings as it is close to high crime area, but during the day, you're fine."
