"What a wonderful place to stay in Sanur. We stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage. It had a kitchen and open air living area. The bedrooms are air conditioned. The 2nd bedroom is upstairs. Wayan and the rest of the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. There is a beach with many restaurants and bars that is about a 15 minute walk away. i would definitely stay here again."

"The villa could have been stunning with a little attention to detail. I feel in its hey day it ewould have been great. The alfresco area and outdoor lounge as well as outdoor shower and bedroom were all really well layed out but unfortunately there has been a lot of water damage in these areas. Its a shame , a coat of paint would be all it needs , the grassed areas were also not maintained with the grass quite long. Our Villa door was really hard to lock (i couldnt , my partner had to )...

"Absolute 10 out of 10 experience. As a first-time solo traveler to Bali, this hotel was everything I could have asked for. It’s super cute, beautiful, and very clean. The location is incredibly convenient—I booked a few tours with hotel pickup and it made exploring so easy. The breakfast was bomb, and the gorgeous pool was the cherry on top. "The staff here were lovely, really helpful and accommodating. Was great to be able to use free bikes each day - older ladies style but free and could leave them anywhere. Property was very large and two storeys and would have been great but was just older and tired, pool wasn’t overly clean and many things were past their best. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the location was great."

"Cats laying on the dining tables, while people were eating. No cold water in fridge. Expected to fill a plastic bottle with tepid water from a container at reception. The hotel’s decor although clean had seen better days. It was located in the middle of a busy dual carriageway with constant heavy traffic. There was no amenities near by. I checked out after one night and moved to a better hotel in a central location. "

"Arrived early to check in, room wasn’t ready. Went out for the day, was told we would be contacted when room was ready. Returned at 21:15, still no contact. Was escorted to our room to find out wasn’t the room I had booked ( first floor, instead of pool accessible). Informed reception, no rooms of that standard available, was upgraded to a private pool room, which was nice. The room itself was just ok, nothing special. Went into the bathroom to find a huge cockroach and a couple of geckos....

"Loved our stay at the Hyatt Regency. The hotel has everything you need. The rooms are comfortable, although a little on the darker side because of the way the buildings are set out. We booked a club room - 1 king bed (deluxe) and had a nice view looking into the front gardens, with glimpses of the ocean through the trees. I believe the club option may not be worth booking, depending on what you’re looking for. The breakfast options and outlook of the main restaurant we thought were better...
